• Rates based on 1 - 2 person occupancy unless otherwise specified
• Dining offers cannot be combined with other discounts or specials.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee and secure your online reservations. Charges will be applied to your credit card at time of booking. The balance of your payment will be collected upon your check-in at Pacific Beach Hotel.
• Late cancellation or non-arrival:  Hotel must be notified of modifications or cancellations at least 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a charge of one night's room rate.  Fee will subsequently be processed on your credit card provided at time of booking.
• All rates are subject to Hawaii State Excise Tax of 4.712% and Accommodations Tax of 8.25%. (Effective for stays on/after July 1, 2010 - the Accommodations Tax for the State of Hawaii will increase to 9.25%.  Taxes subject to change without notice).
• $40 plus tax per additional person or rollaway bed per night, excludes meals.
• No charge for children 18 years old and under occupying the same room with parents, unless additional bedding is requested.
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
